Idaho Code § 55-1111 — Bid Must Exceed Exemption.
TITLE 55 PROPERTY IN GENERAL CHAPTER 11 SALE OF HOMESTEAD ON EXECUTION 55-1111. Bid must exceed exemption. At such sale no bid must be received unless it exceeds the amount of the homestead exemption.
