Idaho Code § 54-611 — Judicial Review Of Proceedings Of The Board Revoking Or Suspending License.
TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 6 PODIATRISTS 54-611. Judicial review of proceedings of the board revoking or suspending license. Any person whose license shall have been revoked or suspended by the board shall have the right to judicial review of the board’s action in accordance with the provisions of chapter 52, title 67 , Idaho Code.
