Idaho Code § 54-5820 — Issuance And Display Of License, Certificate Or Registration.
TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 58 BARBER AND COSMETOLOGY SERVICES ACT 54-5820. ISSUANCE AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE, certificate or regISTRATION. The board shall issue a license, certificate or registration and certificate of licensure to applicants who have successfully met the qualifications for licensure, certification or registration. Every holder of a license, certificate or registration shall display it in a publicly conspicuous place adjacent to or near the area where the practice is conducted. An establishment license must be publicly displayed at all times during the term of licensure in the establishment for which it is issued.
