Idaho Code § 54-4601 — Declaration Of Purpose.

TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 46 PATIENT FREEDOM OF INFORMATION 54-4601. Declaration of purpose. In recognition of the importance of health care to all Idahoans, it is the intent of the legislature to provide the public with easily accessible information on specified licensed or registered health care professionals.
