Idaho Code § 54-4315 — Severability.
TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 43 RESPIRATORY CARE PRACTICE ACT 54-4315. SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable and if any provision of this chapter or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance is declared invalid for any reason, such declaration shall not affect the validity of remaining portions of this chapter.
