Idaho Code § 54-410 — Issuance Of A License Or Sanctioning Permit.
TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 4 STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION 54-410. Issuance of a license or sanctioning permit. Upon the approval by the commission of any application for a license or sanctioning permit, the payment of such fees as determined by the commission and the filing of the bond or other form of financial security as the commission may require, the commission shall forthwith issue such license or sanctioning permit.
