Licensure Fees

TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 39 ATHLETIC TRAINERS 54-3907. Licensure Fees. The board, upon recommendation of the allied health advisory board, shall adopt rules establishing fees for the following: (1)  Initial licensure fee; (2)  Renewal of licensure fee; (3)  Provisional licensure fee; (4)  Inactive licensure fee; (5)  Application and renewal fees. Necessary nonrefundable fees shall be made for the exact amount of the transaction and accompany all applications for initial licensure and renewal. (6)  Extraordinary expenses. In those situations where the processing of an application for initial licensure or renewal requires extraordinary expenses, the board may charge the applicant reasonable fees to cover all or part of the extraordinary expenses.
