Idaho Code § 54-3715 — Supervision.
TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 37 OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PRACTICE ACT 54-3715. Supervision. Within the scope of occupational therapy practice, supervision is aimed at ensuring the safe and effective delivery of occupational therapy services and the fostering of professional competence and development. Practices and procedures governing the supervision of occupational therapy assistants, a limited permit holder and an aide in the delivery of occupational therapy services shall be established in rule and be adopted by the board.
