Idaho Code § 54-3703 — License Required.

TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 37 OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PRACTICE ACT 54-3703. License required. It shall be unlawful for any person to practice or to offer to practice occupational therapy, or to represent such person to be an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant unless such person is licensed under the provisions of this chapter. Only an individual may be licensed under this chapter.
