TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 36 IDAHO GRAPE GROWERS AND WINE PRODUCERS COMMISSION 54-3609. State not liable. The state of Idaho is not liable for the acts or omissions of the commission or any member thereof, or any officer, agent or employee thereof.
