Idaho Code § 54-3410 — Confidential Communication.

TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 34 COUNSELORS AND THERAPISTS 54-3410. Confidential communication. Confidentiality of communication between any person licensed under this chapter and client shall be privileged from disclosure as provided in section 9-203 , Idaho Code, with the exception of the board review as provided in section 54-3404 , Idaho Code.
