Idaho Code § 54-3101 — Short Title — Intent.

TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 31 CERTIFIED SHORTHAND REPORTERS ACT 54-3101. Short title — Intent. (1) This chapter shall be known as the "Idaho Certified Shorthand Reporters Act." (2)  In order to safeguard life, health and property, and to promote the public welfare, the practice of shorthand reporting in this state is hereby declared to be subject to regulation in the public interest.
