Idaho Code § 54-225 — Prosecuting Attorney — Attorney General.

TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 2 ACCOUNTANTS 54-225. Prosecuting attorney — Attorney general. It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorney in each county to prosecute violations of this chapter occurring within the county. The attorney general shall act as legal adviser to the board; provided, however, the board may retain private counsel to represent the board.
