Idaho Code § 54-2210 — Qualifications For Licensure.
TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 22 PRACTICE OF PHYSICAL THERAPY 54-2210. Qualifications for licensure. To be eligible for licensure as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, a person must: (1) Not have been convicted, found guilty, or received a withheld judgment or suspended sentence in this state or in any other state of a crime deemed relevant in accordance with section 67-9411 (1), Idaho Code; and (2) Submit a completed written application to the board on forms furnished by the board which shall require proof of graduation from a nationally accredited school, with a curriculum acceptable to the board, for physical therapists or physical therapist assistants, and have completed the application process; and (3) Have either passed to the satisfaction of the board, an examination authorized by the board to determine his or her fitness to practice as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, or be entitled to and apply for licensure by endorsement as provided for in section 54-2211 , Idaho Code.
