Idaho Code § 54-2115A — Maximum Time Periods For Suspension, Revocation And Reapplication.
TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 21 VETERINARIANS 54-2115A. maximum time periods for suspension, revocation and reapplication. The board is authorized to enter an order that suspends or revokes an existing license or certification based upon a violation of the provisions of chapter 21, title 54 , Idaho Code, or a board rule, for a maximum period of ten (10) years. In the event the board enters an order that denies an application for licensure or certification, the board is authorized to impose a restriction on reapplication for a maximum period of up to ten (10) years.
