Idaho Code § 54-2064 — Proof Of Complaint — Prosecution By County Prosecuting Attorney.

TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 20 IDAHO REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW 54-2064. Proof of complaint — Prosecution by county prosecuting attorney. The commission may prefer a complaint for violation of any section of this chapter before any court of competent jurisdiction. It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorney of each county in the state to prosecute all violations of the provisions of this chapter in their respective counties in which the violations occur.
