Special Consideration — Discretion Of The Commission

TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 20 IDAHO REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW 54-2034. Special consideration — Discretion of the commission. The commission may, in its discretion, make such additional investigation and inquiry relative to the applicant for instructor certification as it shall deem advisable, and if other good cause exists, may deny or accept the application for certification. Based upon an applicant’s educational background, experience in related activities, or a review of the applicant’s evaluations as an assistant teacher, the commission may modify the requirements for instructor certification; such modification may include reducing the requirements or assigning additional requirements for certification.
