Idaho Code § 54-1904C — Grounds For Relief.
TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 19 PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTORS 54-1904C. Grounds for relief. The bidder shall establish to the satisfaction of the public entity that: (a) A clerical or mathematical mistake was made; (b) The bidder gave the public entity written notice within five (5) calendar days after the opening of the bids of the mistake, specifying in the notice in detail how the mistake occurred; and (c) The mistake was material.
