TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 17 PHARMACISTS 54-1716. Employees. (1) The board of pharmacy may, in its discretion, employ persons in addition to the executive director in such other positions or capacities as it deems necessary to the proper conduct of board business and to the fulfillment of the board’s responsibilities as defined by this act. (2)  The employees of the board other than the executive director and the board’s chief controlled substance investigator under chapter 27, title 37 , Idaho Code, shall be classified employees and shall receive, as compensation, an annual salary payable on regular pay periods, the amount of which shall be determined by the division of human resources classification and compensation plan set forth in section 67-5309 , Idaho Code, and reimbursement for all expenses incurred in connection with performance of their official duties.
