Idaho Code § 54-1702 — Legislative Declaration.

TITLE 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES CHAPTER 17 PHARMACISTS 54-1702. Legislative declaration. The practice of pharmacy in the state of Idaho is declared a professional practice affecting the health, safety and welfare of the public and is subject to regulation and control in the public interest. Only qualified persons shall be permitted to engage in the practice of pharmacy in or into the state of Idaho.
