Idaho Code § 50-801 — Cities May Adopt Plan.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 8 COUNCIL-MANAGER PLAN 50-801. Cities may adopt plan. Any city within the state of Idaho, organized under the general laws of the state, special chapter, or a general incorporation act, may adopt the council-manager plan of government by proceedings as herein provided.
