Idaho Code § 50-418 — Initiative And Referendum Elections.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 4 MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS 50-418. Initiative and referendum elections. Initiative and referendum elections shall be governed by the provisions of chapter 18, title 34 , Idaho Code, except as those provisions are specifically modified by this chapter.
