Idaho Code § 50-416 — Application For Recount Of Ballots.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 4 MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS 50-416. Application for recount of ballots. Any candidate desiring a recount of the ballots cast in any general city election may apply to the attorney general therefor, within twenty (20) days of the canvass of such election by the county board of canvassers. The provisions of chapter 23, title 34 , Idaho Code, shall govern recounts of elections held under this chapter.
