Idaho Code § 50-415 — Certificates Of Elections.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 4 MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS 50-415. Certificates of elections. A certificate of election for each elected city official or appointee to fill such position shall be made under the corporate seal by the city clerk, signed by the mayor and clerk, and presented to such officials at the time of subscribing to the oath of office.
