Idaho Code § 50-413 — Tie Votes.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 4 MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS 50-413. Tie votes. In case of a tie vote between candidates, the city clerk shall give notice to the interested candidates to appear before the council at a meeting to be called within six (6) days at which time the city clerk shall determine the tie by a toss of a coin.
