Idaho Code § 50-331 — Control Of Waters.

TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 3 POWERS 50-331. Control of waters. Cities may establish, alter and change the channels of watercourses and wall or cover the same within the boundaries of the city and outside the corporate limits to the extent necessary to preserve the watercourse.
