Idaho Code § 50-330 — Rates Of Franchise Holders — Regulations.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 3 POWERS 50-330. Rates of franchise holders — Regulations. Cities shall have power to regulate the fares, rates, rentals or charges made for the service rendered under any franchise granted in such city, except such as are subject to regulation by the public utilities commission.
