Idaho Code § 50-313 — Public Ways — Supervision.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 3 POWERS 50-313. Public ways — Supervision. The city councils of cities shall have the care, supervision, and control of all public highways and bridges within the corporate limits, and shall cause them to be kept open and in repair and free from nuisances. Where any highway within the corporate limits has been designated a part of the state highway system, the provisions of section 40-502 , Idaho Code, shall be applicable.
