Idaho Code § 50-310 — Hazardous Materials.

TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 3 POWERS 50-310. Hazardous materials. Cities are empowered: to regulate or prohibit the loading or storage of any material deemed hazardous, or transporting the same over the streets or waters in the city, or within three (3) miles of the limits thereof; to prevent the discharge of firearms, rockets, powder, fireworks or other dangerous, combustible or explosive material in the streets, lots, grounds, alleys or in and about the vicinity of any building and punish violators therefor.
