Idaho Code § 50-307 — License Occupations And Businesses.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 3 POWERS 50-307. License occupations and businesses. Cities shall have authority to levy and collect a license fee on any occupation or business within the limits of the city and to regulate the same by ordinance. All such fees shall be uniform in respect to the classes upon which they are imposed.
