TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 27 MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 50-2722. Conveyance of title to user. At or prior to the time the principal of, interest and premium, if any, on any revenue bonds issued hereunder to provide a particular project have been fully paid, the public corporation may execute such deeds and conveyances as are necessary and required to convey its rights, title and interest in such project to any user, provided that if such conveyance is made prior to when the revenue bonds are fully paid, the public corporation has determined that adequate provision has been made for the payment of the principal of, interest and premium, if any, on the bonds as they become due.
