Idaho Code § 50-2605 — Notice Of Hearing.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 26 BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS 50-2605. Notice of hearing. Notice of a hearing held under the provisions of this chapter shall be given by: (1) One (1) publication of the resolution of intention in a newspaper of general circulation in the city; and (2) Mailing a complete copy of the resolution of intention to each business in the proposed, or established district. Publication and mailing shall be completed at least ten (10) days prior to the time of the hearing.
