Idaho Code § 50-2604 — Resolution Of Intention To Establish — Contents — Hearing.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 26 BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS 50-2604. Resolution of intention to establish — Contents — Hearing. The legislative authority, after receiving a valid initiation petition, shall adopt a resolution of intention to establish a district. The resolution shall state the time and place of a hearing to be held by the legislative authority to consider establishment of a district and shall restate all the information contained in the initiation petition regarding boundaries, projects and uses, and estimated rates of assessment.
