Idaho Code § 50-220 — Acquisition And Control Of Lands Outside Corporate Limits — Purpose.

TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS — GOVERNMENT — TERRITORY 50-220. Acquisition and control of lands outside corporate limits — Purpose. Cities are hereby authorized to acquire by purchase, lease or otherwise, lands outside of their respective corporate limits and to own, control, regulate and administer lands so acquired, either directly by said corporations or through any governmental agency or other agency.
