Idaho Code § 50-217 — Payment Of Judgments.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS — GOVERNMENT — TERRITORY 50-217. Payment of judgments. The city council shall have power to order paid any final judgment against such city, but none of its lands or property of any kind or nature, taxes, revenues, franchises, rates or interest shall be attached, levied upon or sold in or under any process whatsoever.
