Idaho Code § 50-213 — Official Newspaper.

TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS — GOVERNMENT — TERRITORY 50-213. Official newspaper. The city council of each city shall, by ordinance, designate a newspaper within the provisions of title 60 , Idaho Code, to be the official newspaper of that city. Said newspaper shall be one published within said city, or if none there be, then a newspaper published within the county in which said city is situated, or the nearest Idaho newspaper of general circulation within the city.
