Idaho Code § 50-207 — Duties Of The Clerk — Journal — Administering Oaths.

TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS — GOVERNMENT — TERRITORY 50-207. Duties of the clerk — Journal — Administering oaths. The city clerk shall keep a correct journal of the proceedings of the council and shall have the custody of all laws and ordinances of the city. He may administer oaths to any person concerning any matter submitted to him or the city council. He shall also perform such other duties as may be required by ordinance.
