Idaho Code § 50-1911 — Removal Of Commissioners.

TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 19 HOUSING AUTHORITIES AND COOPERATION LAW 50-1911. Removal of commissioners. A commissioner of an authority may be removed by the mayor, with the approval of the city council, at any time, with or without cause. The mayor shall cause to be sent a notice of the removal to the commissioner removed, the authority and the city clerk.
