Idaho Code § 50-1607 — Employees Of Six Months When Ordinance Becomes Effective.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 16 CIVIL SERVICE 50-1607. Employees of six months when ordinance becomes effective. All persons who are and have been continuously in the employ of the city, for at least six (6) months next prior to the effective date of the civil service ordinance, shall retain their respective employment, subject to removal or suspension in accordance with the rules and regulations of the civil service commission.
