Appeal From Order Granting Or Denying Application To Vacate

TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 13 PLATS AND VACATIONS 50-1322. Appeal from order granting or denying application to vacate. Whenever the governing body shall grant the application, or refuse the application of any person or persons, made as provided for the vacation of any lot, tract, street, common, plat or any part thereof, an appeal may be taken from any act, order or proceeding of the board made or had pursuant to by any person aggrieved thereby within twenty (20) days after the first publication or posting of the statement as required by section 31-819 , Idaho Code. Procedure upon such appeal shall be in all respects the same as prescribed in sections 31-1510 , 31-1511 and 31-1515 , Idaho Code.
