Idaho Code § 50-1031 — Supervision Of Projects.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 10 FINANCES 50-1031. Supervision of projects. The construction, acquisition, improvement, equipment, custody, operation and maintenance of any works or rehabilitated existing electrical generating facilities under the provisions of this act, and the collection of revenues therefrom for the service rendered thereby, shall be under the supervision and control of the governing body of the city.
