Idaho Code § 50-1024 — Joint Services — Bond Election In Each City.
TITLE 50 MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS CHAPTER 10 FINANCES 50-1024. Joint services — Bond election in each city. Whenever the proportionate share of the cost of such construction or purchase to be borne by each city has been determined, an election shall be held in each city as now provided by law in similar cases, for the purpose of determining whether or not coupon bonds shall be issued by such city in an amount equal to its proportionate share of the cost of such construction or purchase.
