Idaho Code § 49-926 — Alternate Road-Lighting Equipment.

TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 9 VEHICLE EQUIPMENT 49-926. Alternate road-lighting equipment. Any motor vehicle may be operated under the conditions specified in section 49-903 , Idaho Code, when equipped with two (2) lighted lamps upon the front capable of revealing persons and objects seventy-five (75) feet ahead in lieu of lamps required in section 49-922 or section 49-924 , Idaho Code. At no time shall it be operated at a speed in excess of twenty (20) miles per hour.
