Idaho Code § 49-669 — Snowmobile Operation Limited.

TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 6 RULES OF THE ROAD 49-669. Snowmobile operation limited. (1) No person shall operate a snowmobile on any controlled-access highway. (2)  No person shall operate a snowmobile on any other highway except when crossing the highway at a right angle, when use of the highway by other vehicles is impossible because of snow, or when the operation is authorized by the authority having jurisdiction over the highway.
