Idaho Code § 49-663 — Restricted Use Of Neighborhood Electric Vehicles On Highways.

TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 6 RULES OF THE ROAD 49-663. Restricted use of neighborhood electric vehicles on highways. (1) It is unlawful to operate a neighborhood electric vehicle on any highway with a posted speed limit of over thirty-five (35) miles per hour. (2)  It is unlawful for a person operating a neighborhood electric vehicle to cross any highway with a posted speed limit greater than forty-five (45) miles per hour.
