Idaho Code § 49-626 — Following Fire Apparatus Prohibited.

TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 6 RULES OF THE ROAD 49-626. Following fire apparatus prohibited. The driver of any vehicle other than one on official business shall not follow closer than five hundred (500) feet any fire apparatus traveling in response to a fire alarm, or stop a vehicle within five hundred (500) feet of any fire apparatus stopped in answer to a fire alarm.
