Idaho Code § 49-530 — Discretionary Rejection Or Invalidation Of Document By Department.

TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 5 VEHICLE TITLES 49-530. Discretionary rejection or invalidation of document by department. The transportation department may reject, return or subsequently invalidate a transitional ownership document if it is determined that: (1)  Title is to be issued to someone other than the person shown on the transitional ownership document; (2)  Interests reflected on the primary ownership document or in information submitted in conjunction with that document conflict with the interests as reflected on the transitional ownership document; (3)  The person submitting the transitional ownership document has failed to submit the nonrefundable fee required by section 49-202 (e), Idaho Code; or (4)  A copy of the application for certificate of title is not attached as required by the department.
