Idaho Code § 49-449 — Cancellation Of Registration Upon Notice Of Theft.

TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 4 MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION 49-449. Cancellation of registration upon notice of theft. Whenever the owner of any motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer which is stolen files an affidavit with a law enforcement agency alleging such fact, the department shall cancel the registration of such vehicle upon the request of the owner.
