Idaho Code § 49-332 — Making False Affidavit Perjury.

TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 3 MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER’S LICENSES 49-332. Making false affidavit perjury. Any person who makes any false affidavit, or knowingly swears or affirms falsely to any matter or thing required by the provisions of this chapter to be sworn to or affirmed, is guilty of perjury and upon conviction shall be punished as provided by law.
