Idaho Code § 49-2442 — Identification Cards Authorized.
TITLE 49 MOTOR VEHICLES CHAPTER 24 MISCELLANEOUS 49-2442. Identification cards authorized. Any Idaho resident may apply to an authorized agent of the department for an identification card. It is prima facie evidence of age when the authorized holder of an identification card exhibits a card that contains information indicating that the person has attained a certain age.
